CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled within 48 hours are required to pay 50% of the service. No-show same-day cancellations are required to pay 100%. clients must reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to 50% service fee. A 10 to 15 minute window is allowed for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to pay the no-show cancellation fee.
